WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2 1/2 pounds pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Keep the ribs in a pot with ample water to cover them and season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Let the water boil and cook the ribs until the get tender.
- Preheat oven to 165 degrees C.
- Transfer the ribs from the pot and onto a baking dish.
- Glaze the ribs with barbeque sauce.
- Take some aluminum foil and cover the dish before baking it in the preheated oven for around an hour and a half.
