Classic BBQ Ribs

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 1/2 pounds pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce

HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Keep the ribs in a pot with ample water to cover them and season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Let the water boil and cook the ribs until the get tender.
  3. Preheat oven to 165 degrees C.
  4. Transfer the ribs from the pot and onto a baking dish.
  5. Glaze the ribs with barbeque sauce.
  6. Take some aluminum foil and cover the dish before baking it in the preheated oven for around an hour and a half.

Slow Cooker Ham

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 packaged Ham – cured
  • 2 cups packed Brown Sugar
  • Slow Cooker Crock

HOW T MAKE IT:

  1. Firstly, sread about one and half cups of brown sugar at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Arrange the ham pieces flat side down inside the slow cooker crock.
  3. Using your hands, rub the remaining brown sugar onto the surface of the ham.
  4. Lastly, cover with the lid and cook on low for 8 hours.
